    Review/Comment

    Name: V.A.C.
Message: Absolutely the worse hospital I’ve ever been at … unfortunately I was in a lot of hospitals because I’ve had some illnesses over the years and few surgeries, but this I can say is hands-down, the worst Hospital I’ve ever been in my life I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I was a fire fighter for 25 years and a paramedic. I’ve seen dozens of hospital and their nursing staffs and this I’m telling you is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Floor 3 room 313 day nurse Cory talked a good game because he had no skills so he had to try and be funny. Diana at night is fantastic and tries her best to help but her colleagues are horrible! She should go to a good hospital like banner Estrella. I’ve since had interaction with my new nurse at discharge and she and all staff have been wonderful. I’m updating my review to compensate for the better of the organization!

Message: Doctors are so caring and they actually listen when you speak. The nurses are dedicated and very kind. They work really hard and are very busy but they always have a big smile and encouraging words. The room was clean. The food was not so good! But the food was the least important. I felt better and I would go back there if necessary.

Message: My family members live in Grand so they tend to have a bit of a track record here! I really have to give props to the amazing, attentive, professional nursing staff. Art, Heidi, and Heather have been watching out for my grandma and making me feel much more at ease as she recovers. Art, especially, paid extra close attention. He sat with her last night, asked her questions, and then even told me little things that she said that make a huge difference. My experience with the whole nursing staff puts me at ease knowing she’s in such great hands. I just hope my family and I can live up to the high expectations when we bring her home, soon!

Message: I was released today after having my gallbladder removed. I went to the ER a little after midnight, and was greeted by a wonderful woman, then sent to triage, and met with the ER doctor, who took my concerns very seriously and treated me with such kindness. When I was moved up stairs I was again treated amazingly by all the nurses I interacted with. The surgical staff was also amazing. I’d give them 10 stars if possible.

Message: I just completed a series of six visits/treatments at the Banner Physical Therapy department of the Banner Del Webb Medical Center. The therapy was for strength development related to my right hip. I found the office staff AND the physical therapist particularly friendly and knowledgeable. Based upon my experience I do not hesitate to recommend Banner Physical Therapy.

Message: I’ve had therapy at this facility after back surgery. Then I was back after hip & knee replacement & fortunate to have Kim as my therapist. She’s not only knowledgeable, but very encouraging. My recent visit was especially rewarding as I had just lost my husband the week before. Kim is exceptional!
